it lives

Did you think I left you guys? sorry 'bout that. ohhh about 9ish pm Saturday night I had not felt good and slept most of the evening. IT had been a great day. We went to Tara's and played with Braydon. Bella had soooo much fun. WE had come home I got some cleaning done, John went to Wal mart for me with Bella and did the shopping. I laid down for a bit, rolled over and when I did it literally woke me up. Our Neighbor, who is a nurse, came over and looked at me. mushed on my side to see what was swollen etc. Said "go your butt to er" cuz we really thought it was appendix. Got there, man they didn't waste any time I went straight in the back they pushed me through and had an iv in me before John had the car parked good. They put that iv in me and kicked it on hi, within 30 minutes UGHHHH! I thought I was in labor. OWWW! SO yes I gave birth to we think 3 little rocks to add to my collection. Gonna have a rock group here before long. SO THAT is where I have been. Its all good now, feeling much better. Just have to re-adjust my diet ONCE again and take it easy. DRINK MORE water, yeah yeah, I KNOW but man, I hate to drink just plain water and can't have artificial sweetner so it is like major mayhem.

This one is the plaque hung in my daddys honor, at the policeman's hall of fame in Miami, Florida. Yall pray for our family this month by the way. The 28th of this month, is the anniversary of his death in line of duty. We know years have passed but to us this was still my daddy, my brothers daddy, My mom's husband, a person that was loved by our family. We miss him so very much and not a day goes by we don't hurt from this horrible event. To us it could have been yesterday... so anyway Thank you for remembering us especially my mom that day.

I am still working on mini books. Im so behind I have alot to catch up on. The baby book Is almost done for Bella's teacher. Her son and his wife just had TWINS a boy and a girl. I really hope she enjoys this little book as much as I enjoyed making it for her. She is just a joy to these children in Bella's class. She comes home every day talking about her and how much she just loves her teacher. THis makes me SOOOO happy! I cannot wait to see this with photos of them inside. I will have a sample for that going up soon.

Bella is LOVING SCHOOL! She even has a boy friend!! (John cringes at the thought) BUT they are so cute. The little boy we had the play date with Saturday, Braydon. His mom works with John. They live just down a few houses from us. They are such nice folks. Braydon is the cutest thing ever. I will have to post some pics of them soon.

I sent in my final page for Scrapbook Lifestyles Stylin Idol. THIS IS THE FINAL SHABANG. AHHHHH! Im so nervous. I worked very hard on my page. WAIT till you hear what our challenge was! OMGOSH it was definitly a challenge. BUT I had soo much fun with it. Thank GOD I had it almost done before the kidney stone incident. So be sure and check that out once she has that all posted. There are some AMAAZIIINGGGG scrappers in this competition. CANNOT BELIEVEEE my name is up there with them. So I feel a little out of place. IM more like the country bumpkin that brought he great big squash to the county fair amongst all of these ladies. I have to tell you though, Im just happy to still be in the finals lol. Great friends great people, scrapping our babies.. what more could you ask for!!
Hope you all have a great day I have Bella's uniforms washing. Then I will Iron. YES I KNOW but I cannot let her go to school in this little uniform and it be all wrinkly. I may not get alot of things done but SHE WILL be pressed. I was in bed for a couple of days and I asked John did you iron her uniform (why did I ask? I KNEW better) He said OH they dont care about that. OMGOSH I CARE about that. YEAH I KNOW its a mommy thing. But right now she only has 2 of the little jumpers since the rest haven't come in yet that are back ordered.. (reminds me to call today see if they are in yet) so we have to wear one wash one... FUN! IT is too hot to wear the little pants and stuff so we go with the jumper. BElla likes the dress better anyway. She is such a little girl hehe.

A busy Saturday here. We went to our friend Tara's house this morning to play. Her little boy is in Bella's class. He is sooo dadgum cute. They had a big time. It is just SOOOO hot outside. JOhn and Bella went shopping for me at Wal mart and got what we call "big groceries" YOu know how you stock up on stuff. Well they did that. I cleaned up some around here and did laundry but wasn't feeling great so Layed down for a while. That did make me feel LOTS better so IM back at it getting laundry done and cleaning. SO not gonna break my progress and get back to it. Just wanted to show these photos from yesterdays blog post that blogger was being such a pain and not letting me show!! Ta ta for now!!

This is Bella's Teacher. Bella loves her so much. I can see why. She is just so sweet and loves those kids so much. She truly is one of those people you just see the Joy they have for life. I just love people like that.

HOW CUTE IS THIS LITTLE DESK? (and what't in it) I know yall are probly sick of seeing all my school photos Im taking. BUT I have to say THIS IS SO FUN. She is having a blast and LOVES Her teacher so much. I can so understand why. She really does love those kids and has so much fun with them. YOu can just see her joy. I just love people like that. You know the ones... You can't help but smile when your around them. She is so like that and you can tell those children just love her. I feel so good about this school and what she is doing there. Although I think I screwed up in car line today.. Im a total goof and still don't know what Im doing HA! But will get in the routine soon I hope.

IM slaving away working on my page for the finals at scrapbook lifestyle's Stylin' Idol contest. Im already so nervous ::insert nail biting smiley here:: BUT I HAVE to say THIS IS SOOOO MUCH STINKIN FUN!!!! I have had So much fun doing these challenges. I cannot BELIEVE Im still in this contest. SO many amazing scrappers in this and then there is ME ha! I say grace of God and a little luck IM still in there. I may not win this thing but I can sure tell you I HAVE HAD A TOTAL BLAST. Met some COOL people with MASSIVE skillz. Had some AMAZING well thought challenges that made me get down and dirty (especially the paint one I think I was giggling most of the time I was painting I had it everywhere) THis time IS NOOO different. IM putting alot of hours in this page. again I may not win but man I think It is one of my most favorite. I always hated contests and never did them.. but I have done 2 in the last year and I have gotten some AMAZING pages from both contests I have to admit I AM SO GLAD I DID.

Anyway.. it is time for Supper around here and I dont smell anything cooking so I reckon John must be tired. HE does alot of our cooking since he just enjoys cooking so much. ::ducks because I KNOW he is gonna throw something at me when he reads this::
He has been on vacation and has painted the house in between rain storms. Weeded the landscaping and done all kinda yard work. I tell you JUST watch NEXT week it will be sunny and beautiful EVERY DAY. IT has been SO HOT and then those afternoon lightning and thunderstorms have been horrid. IT has rain rain rained but IT is SOOO stinkin hot and well we needed the rain. OK really going to go fix some supper now before my family comes in here and wheels my chair out.

ITS hereeee....

WEll, TODAYS THE DAY. Bellas FIRST DAY OF PRE K. I know I KNOW it doesn't seem like a big deal to alot of people but SHE Is taking this SOOOO seriously. SHe is in big school now. Goes all day EVEN HAS HOME WORK. IN the first 6 weeks even.. They are starting phonics. MY BABY IS GONNA BE ABLE TO READ! SHE is so pumped about that. She does know a couple site words already but I don't really know the phonics way of teaching so I guess IM losing out on it. SO we will learn this together as she learns i suppose. BUT she is all ready. Her back pack all packed. Uniform all pressed and set out. She packed enough snack to feed I think herself for the next two weeks. I told her she WOULD be coming back home! She didnt need ALL that. SHe is so excited about getting to wear her back pack. I DONT THINK that she REALLY needs it actually looking at the class room and stuff. But she is SOOO convinced she has to have it.
SHe loves her teacher she talked about her all night last night on the way home and has talked about her today. Saying how pretty she is and she is smart too! (I told her I bet she is smart because you have to be VERY smart to be a teacher) SHe said THAT Is because she is VERY SMART.. THAT is why they made her a teacher mommy! Like I was a big ol dummy for thinking. She didn't even fuss about going to bed tonight she was so excited she gets to go to school.
I hope her teacher doesn't think IM a total loon tomorrow when paparazzi mom pops out the camera and takes 10 thousand pictures while crying my eyes out that my baby is actually BIG ENOUGH to go to school.
I know you think pre K whats to it but IM telling you they have these little tiny desks that are just so unbelievably cute (I WANT ONE TO ALTER) and the bulletin boards, they have a curricullum. It is AMAZINGGG what they learn so early now. Bella has been out of that environment for the last year with all my health crapp. IM SO HAPPY AND EXCITED FOR HER to get to go back now. she is going to have so much fun and have so much to do and see. SUCH a wonderful adventure to start. Im so proud of her and so sad at the same time. She is my only one so I have to relish each second of this. so yeah there will probly be 40 scrapbook pages of her first day of school.... but that is ok. She can not say ever that her life is not well documented if anything else. I HAVE the proof. ha! I am looking forward to being able to get the things done I need to get done. I have to get this routine down. IM so frantic worried Im going to be that ONE PARENT that gets the entire class a note sent home ha! I dont want to foul this up. I know I stress over the rules and stuff too much but, I know how hard it has to be dealing with that many children their parents and God forbid any of them have STEP anything... Just want it to be easy on them as well. so anyway.. I will be back later with a ton of photos to bore you with but when yall see these tiny desks and how cute she is in this uniform. I totally melted. You will see why Im crying happy tears. xoxoxox


OH!! I amost forgot! LOOK for my mini album I did on my dad I know yall have seen it. The one out of the cardboard that has all the antique photos of my dad in it (my brother has one i made him for Christmas identical to it) IT is being published in Somerset Studio Magazine (formerly known as Legacy) so how exciting is that! I also hear I have an entire page in the next Hobby Lobby Magazine. Im so interested to see it and how she has it arranged. They are so cool with that magazine and so savvy with how they put it together. All of that just amazes and interests me. OK I REALLY have to go to bed. gotta get my camera all charged up!! so exciting!!

ICE CREAM MAN!!!

Do you ever get so caught up in deadlines and daily grind that you don't get those pages you just wanna have fun and scrap done? I have been so LAST NIGHT I sat down and just scrapped. Not with anything that I HAD to scrap just some photos I WANTED to scrap. I loved these photos of Bella racing to see the ICE cream man. I know it is a moment I wont forget. WE never had ice cream trucks that came around growing up. I guess mainly because we lived 2 miles south on the left of no where. We were so impressed when we moved here that we could order pizza (NO we didn't make him pose for a photo actually hmmm that is a thought hehe) but I was surprised they had ice cream trucks. I guess living in the sticks all my life I had never seen such. Well anyway Here is to you and I HOPE you sit down and just scrap for the fun of it.
I go to the dentist tomorrow step one of the dental reconstruction so.. I guess I will be happy to see that ice cream truck more often haha at least till its over.

So much to catch up on.

IT has been wild around here lately. JOhn is on vacation this week and we had alot planned to do around here before school starts. THE WEATHER has totally fouled up alot of our plans. John did get to work on painting the house some but he had hoped it would be finished by now so we could go play. We had some fun activities planned but again.. weather messed us up. OF COURSE now the weather is beautiful. figures. during the week when we wanted to get it all done.. NOOoo stormed like crazy. ::sigh:: oh well.
I have gotten alot of scrappin' done. I need to re photo a couple of them. The colors are way off and I don't know why my scanner is doing that.

We have had all kinda stuff happning at Treasures to Scrap. WE just announced the new Creative Team and The digital Store is opening ON MONDAY. SO we have been so busy behind the scenes getting everything prepared for Monday. We also have a new contest all lined up so be sure and check it all out. We have lots of give a ways and fun challenges also. Be sure to say hi. Our sponsor this month is KAREN FOSTER. Some friends of mine dared me to scrap this dadgum owl (yall know I cannot stand that owl they keep putting on stuff in the scrap supplies yeah yeah some of them are cute but I just dont have an every day need for owls in my scrapping SORRY!)
SO I left him UNSCATHED where you can see him even though IT WAS SOOOO TEMPTING TO cover it up with the paint and flowers. hehehe

MY BABY CANNOT BE BIG ENOUGH TO GO TO SCHOOL!!!! But... she is.
She had so much fun shopping for her backpack, her lunch box and napmat for pre-K.

She thinks she is so big now. (notice the backpack is bigger than she is)I had tears in my eyes taking these photos.Hard to believe this tiny baby is big enough for school.
ONe day we are counting down the days till she goes the next Im crying thinking my baby is growing up. IT goes WAY to fast. SLOW DOWN BABY your not little but once and I wanna savour it as long as I can.

New projects

THis is the FAMILY album from 2 Daisies Designs. They are a new paper company that premiered at CHA this time. VERY cute stuff go look at them if you get a chance. I LOVE this little mini book. I decorated it with chipboard, ribbons and lots of bling dots in different colors. Really jazzed it up.
I couldnt show all these before then we got sick with the stomach flu so Im just now getting them up here. Thanks for looking.


THis is another line of the paper 2 daisies sent for me to use. The skeletons I thought would make really fun mardi gras papers since Im down here in the heart of Mardi Gras country. I think it turned out really cute. IT IS MUCH brighter and livlier in person and the colors are so much more vibrant the photo doesn't do it justice.



This is a new paper line that premiered at CHA this past weekend called 2 daisies designs. I LOVE this line of paper it was perfect for these photos of my nephew when he was little. (HI ZACH DONT KILL ME MAN) The stars I made 3 d by folding them and placing popdots behind them.



I can finally show you this page I did for the SCRAPBOOK LIFESTYLE TELEVISION'S scrappin Idol contest. I made it through to the next round whehew. THankyou all who voted for me I so appreciate it. I had so much fun on this page. One of my most favorite colors is GREEN so this was really a blast for me. We ahd to use Green Cardstock and embelishments but the patterned paper could be other colors. I know that scalloped paper looks yellow but it is a real limey yellow green color and has green flourishes in the back ground.

spoke just a little too soon

OK I spoke too soon. .... I ended up with some kinda bad stomach flu hat has had me in the bed for a week. For something they say won't kill ya man I sure felt pretty close a few times there. SO easy to get dehydrated. I THINK we are almost over it now. Playing major catch up worse than I was to start with. BUT at least no one is puking.
Just a quick update. Bella got the rest of her uniforms today. John took her and finished that for me (thank you John) she is gonna look too cute but I can tell she is gonna hate this thing before its over. very boring. anyway just a quick update and we are continuing to pray for our friend Billy Hall that was in the boating accident that has a severe head trauma. He is in the neuro science hospital at university medical in Jackson Mississippi so please say an extra prayer for him and his family.

QUIT WORRYING MA!

IM busy lol Im scrapping like a person with one day left ..... to put all their memories on paper. OH wait THAT WOULD be the case. I have projects coming out the wazoo. One is a last minute thing I was asked to do and I wasn't thinking and said yes. SO when John gets home from work, I have been Under 3 feet of scrap paper which we call my scrap room and just working. Battling headache from allergies and am just TIRED! SO I nap then get up and scrap some more. ITS FUN THOUGH IM NOT COMPLAINING. I love doing this so it gets these pages done. Even Better that they serve more than one purpose. SO I WILL SHOW YOU WHEN I CAN. I dont have them all done but soem will have to be done by tomorrow, so IF I DONT ANSWER THE PHONE.. IF IM SHORT WITH YOU ON THE PHONE. ITS cuz IM BUsy. I got my Normal due stuff this weekend too and Getting Bella ready for school. LOVE YA!

What a weekend

Been a busy weekend around here. Hope everyone has been doing good. I wanted to let you know Royce made it through his surgery and is doing great. Thank you again for all the prayers for him and his family.

HAPPY FRIDAY!

HEY yall! FIRST THANK YOU ALL SOOOO MUCH for the prayers for Royce Mcglohon that works with John. He was involved in a VERY SERIOUS accident earlier in the week and IS VERY fortunate to be alive. Your continued prayers will be so appreciated. He is having surgery TODAY to repair the c-5 and c-6 vertebrae in his neck. THey have seen no paralysis and Say he should be back up walking and working in around a month! SO many prayers were answered there. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH for your prayers for he and his family. THey all spend so much time in their vehicles working the way they do and it is so scary. People are so distracted now a days with cell phones etc. SO PLEASE be careful and pay extra attention AND SLOW DOWN! Please remember Royce and his family today as he goes through this surgery and also as he endures his recovery.
THe photos are unbelievable. So amazing he is alive.

Vacation Bible School starts next week at our church so please keep that in your thoughts and prayers as well.

I took my last big dose of the shingle medication (WHEHEHWWW pause for cheers and applause) I feel soooo much better. I just have to wait out the time now so I can be around pregnant people and kids under 2 and older people. I have to be off this med for 2 weeks and shingle free 10 days. That kinda knocks out VBS for us but, AT LEAST I can GET OUT OF THIS HOUSE SOME!!! Going stir crazy here!

SANTA DEFINITLY CAME TO MY HOUSE TODAY!!! THe mail man came and I got this package and I was pretty clueless wtheck is this. John said DON'T OPEN IT TILL I GET HOME cuz I have to get something. Im thinking GET something???? oook. IT has TTS address on it so Im like hmmmm I didnt order anything. BUt I know something sneaky has been going on cuz John had been Talking to Tracy. ANd Robin has been dancing around I know something you dont know. SO Im like OK the gig is up. SO JOhn was on his way home makes me WAIT!!! meanie. HE gets home and says OK YOU can open it. I told him I THOUGHT you had to get something he said I DO... HE goes and gets MY CAMERA. IM like UGHHHHHH NOOOOOOOO I LOOK HORRIBLE what are you doing HELLOOO unwashed hair no shower yet eww go awayyy HE said I HAVE TO.... well ughmm Ok..
SO I open the box heart pounding cuz the box has fragile all over it Im thinking it is too small to be Bella and I didnt hear any little girl giggling. so still mystery to me..... I open it and there is a PRECIOUS CARD that smells all good and some towels. Im like TOWELS? HAPPY 4TH OF JULY!!

HAPPY 4th OF JULY!!! I hope your Holiday is Great and you remember the reason for it as well :)
WE are just hanging out doing the same thing. I am getting LOTS of rest and getting caught up scrapping. SOMe cleaning done that needed to be done. I hope to get Bella's closet organized and her room cleaned good as well ass the carpets cleaned today. Don't really see all that happning but it was fun to think about



IM beginning to wonder if My child is coming home... .Our family back home is at the family reunion today. I hope the weather holds out for them. I wasn't able to go yet. Riding 3 hours one way with shingles... NOT FUN! Also John had to work yesterday and Tomorrow. WE had bad storms yesterday that took the roof off the Wal mart here near us. Well a section of roof. They called it some kind of micro burst or soemthing... They picked every Redneck in Mobile I think to put on The Weather Channel and on Cnn. BUT WE ARE ALL OK so don't worry lol. My phone rang off the hook yesterday with family worrying and friends back home. IT was like 6 or so miles from here not the one we ussually go to that is right by us. I DO Pray everyone was ok. They said there were not but a few serious injuries. I pray they are all ok...

I DO THINK Bella is having fun. DOnt you think so? Does she look the LEAST bit homesick in ANY OF THESE PHOTOS???? I didn't see it. hahahaha I have tried not to call her alot so she doesn't give them a hard time but when we do she is preoccupied and busy having fun so IM GLAD she isn't sad. PRETTY EVIDENT in those pictures HOW SAD she is huh? I think John and I Miss her LOTS MORE than she does us. John comes by me every now and then and says mamamamamama mammamamamamaa mommy, mom HEY MAAAAAMAAA!!!! WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHH LET ME IN! Mama get me so and so Mama I want to play with EVAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!! This way I don't miss the NOISE huh?
JUST so I don't get quite as missin her sick hahaha! I know she is having a GREAT time at AUnt Liz's playing with the big boys. SHe loves the trampoline and swimming in the pool so we are letting her have fun as long as possible. IM HOPING by next week I can get out some and drive again. This weekend IM gonna TRY and venture out. BUT IF YOU HAVE ever driven IN Mobile... YOu will understand the importanct of making sure you can see well. I think we have the worse drivers here. BUt we are also a HUGE tourist town during the summer with being close to the beach and on the main road to the on the way to florida. SO I want to make sure I CAN SEE and am NOT DIZZY. HA!
We hopefully can be part of the world again. IM getting better and stronger every day so I HOPE soon I will finally shake this shingle crapp. Our VBS starts not this coming week but the next week. SO I Know she is looking forward to that.

WHHEW a toot and blog challenge

TOdays BLog challenge by Dawn is to List an accomplishment we are proud of.

WEll. I have a new one that is out. I just got named the Design Team Co ordinator for Treasures To Scrap. IM so excited! Tracy and Wendi are so busy working for the site and for us getting sponsors and cool products they don't get a chance to breathe sometimes. SO I am going to take some of the stress off of them and be the OFFiCIAL question answerer. Kinda a go between. HElp out where needed and help the design team have what they need to get their projects done. I am also going to be working hard to bring in sponsors and fun things for us to do.

I think this is a big accomplishment with all I have had going on in my life here lately. I have been very dedicated to the site and to Tracy and Wendi. SO it is a big honor for me. I am so excited. WE want this site to be a place you can kick back have fun and scrap and get mega inspiration. They have some of the most generous sponsors and are a blast to work with. Tracy and Wendi are all about their DT and their customers which is so impessive to me. I am forever grateful to Di for telling me about this place. It has been hard being stuck in the house and sick all the time. So this is my place to get in touch with the outside world and forget about it for a while. A great way to focus on scrappin and creating these albums for my daughter.

IM finally getting better I can see progress and IM SO happy. I dont have a spot in front of my eye today and my head isnt swimming THANK YOU LORD!!

WHEEHEWWW I made it

WHEHEW we made it past to the next round of SCRAPBOOKING IDOL at SCRAPBOOK LIFESTYLE. Some friends and I (HEY BECKY, HEY LESLIE) entered this contest and it is getting harder and harder. I want to thank you all for voting for me I SOOO APPRECIATE IT! Got a few weeks left and IM SOOOO excited! Here is the page I did for the last round for any of you that didn't see.That is my nephew Adam and His girlfriend (in the center photo) and then some other buds of his from senior year. The photos are PERFECT for this line of paper and I will finish his album using the rest of it I got. Aren't they the cutest ever?
That is the Love Elsie line called ROXIE I used on this page. I had a great time coloring it in with my Sakura pens. Really made it stand out.

THe next round is gonna be a little harder. We have to use ribbon and we cant let it just lay across the page and we cant tie it in a bow. Soooo, we have to come up with some creative ways to put it on the layout. THIS is gonna be fun.

We had alot of fun this weekend at TREASURES TO SCRAP's birthday celebration crop. .
We had a few make and takes and they were SOOOOO much fun. I did the Deck of Me That I got from Annette's blog. She is just the cutest ever GO SEE HER BLOG and tell her HI! She does the cutest work.
She had been doing this aleady and had kept telling me about it. SO I FINALLY jumped on the band wagon. Each week we will update with a new page for it. SOOO MUCH FUN. IF YOU would like to participate. I will tell you how this week. We are starting a thread with it at Treasures and going to do it as a group. SO much fun!! Here is what we have done so far so If you want to join in GO ahead. BE SURE to post at treasures in the Gallery sow e can see what you have done.


Tracy did the CUTEST make and take on sunday called the WONDER BREAD BOOK. SHe had us all confused wondering what the heck she was getting us into when she told us we needed a slice of bread for the class. You can imagine the questions that arose from that. BUT this is the CUTEST little book and it was SOOOO much fun to make. IM not finished really with mine. I have a few more quotes I want to put in there and some photos. I also wanted to add some more embellishments. I was sooo tired though so I just stopped at that point. I will go back and add more later. If you would like to make one she has the instruction up at Treasures. Was such a fun class. If you decide to make it let us see what you come up with. I changed mine up some and did it as a quote book instead of the birthday calendar. some others made theirs different things as well. VERY CUTE. Take a look through the gallery you can see the different things we made. My best bud Robin, did a class on making beads out of paper. IT WAS SOOO CUTE. I haven't made mine yet I think I will wait till my girly girl BElla gets back home to do that. SHE WILL LOVE THIS.

I am missing my little bug so much. I am enjoying the quiet though maybe I can get well finally from these stupid shingles and get where I CAN SEE! (and hear) and be part of the world again. I know she is having so much fun with the family back home. I have talked to them every day hearing of her adventures. SHe is so funny. Can't wait to get some snuggles and smooches. I know they are all eating her up since they dont get to see her that often. THey have to get their Bella fix.
Well that is all for me tonight. IM going to head out and get this rest I am supposed to be doing and put these freaky drops in my eyes so maybe I CAN SEE in the daylight again. see ya tomorrow :)

I taught a little make and take class at Treasures To scrap online tonight. IT was fun. Thank you Annette for letting me use your sample and do this. SO ughmm DO KIDS come with a return policy? IM tryin to find our receipt cuz man I't take this one back today. (yeah you know I would lose my mind in a day ok maybe 2 days missing my kid something horribly) Im lookin everywhere tryin to find the flippin owners manual that came with this kid cuz omg she has to be malfunctioning somewhere. MOMMY NEEDS TO FIND THE BATTERYS AND TAKE THEM OUT A COUPLE HOURS!

It never fails ESPECIALLY on the days when you dont feel yourself. You are achey and tired and just feel bad. If you could sleep maybe what 8 or 9 more days IT MIGHT make it better...( I see you shaking your head yes cuz well YOU completely understand) That kids do everything in their power to just make your head split in half and an alien form come out to beat their butt. IT is like they thrive or welcome the butt kicking they need. THEy are suffering from butt whoop deprivation. I was laying down on the couch. still feel yuck. Bella is playing with her "peoples"(little people thingys with the village and the houses she has like the entire TOWN with their own royal family and she calls one "MR PESIDNET" SO she is riding Mr Pesident around in his Little people mobile pulling a little trailer with "MR Pesidents WIYUN" (his lion) I guess when Your president YOU GET TO have whatever PET YOU FEEL LIKE. and I GUESS I drifted off cuz I was starled by "AM I BOOTIFUL?" I LOOK UP and see THIS It seems she snuck off to my bedroom closet where I keep in a box my old makeup that maybe the color didnt match well or whatever but I hate to throw away.. because I can use it halloween and for other stuff OR IF in some weird way I get to be in the sun again and actually have a tan.. UGHMM yeah right. SO NOW I am Throwing it all away. SO I look up and my first thought is OH GOD SHE IS BLEEDING. THEN my next thougth OH IM FIDDNA MAKE YOU BLEED will you PLEASE quit meddling in stuff.
WHAT IS the deal man!!! SO I look around she has drawn smilys on the TV with the lipstick and the windows and its in the carpet. SO I counted to like.. A MILLION. Made her clean it up and tell me she was sorry. I sit down on the couch again Still feel like crapp on the bottom of a shoe. I think for a bit and say OK you wanna watch little bear (her favorite show) mommy needs to work for a few minutes. WILL you watch this so I can go do this right quick. YES MOMMY IM a good girl I watch little bear.
OK I should have known better. SO I walk into the kitchen. SHe has pulled out her EPI pen the practise one and is giving her baby doll shots with it. OH MY GOD. I lost it. HOW DID YOU GET THIS. I CLIMBED UP THERE. SHe gets a chair and climbs onto the counter onto the refrigerator and gets it. UGHHHHH! DID WE NOT JUST HAVEEE THIS DISCUSSION? SO I explain to her the dangers of climbing and that SHE KNOWSS not to mess with this OR ANY MEDICINE unless mommy or daddy gives it to her. she is shaking her head yes. SO I punish her. NO TV and go to your room. OK YOU WOULD THINK this would be like throwing the brrrr rabitt into the briar patch. IF I WAS A KID ID LOVEEE HER ROOM. SHe has every toy known to man (hmm thinking this wont be much longer cuz we are takign them away as she misbehaves) but no SHE starts crying and whining and acting a fool cuz she wants to come in the living room. WEll IM TRYING to clean up what she couldnt clean and get it looking like people who care live here.
IM just exasperated Just tired. Frustrated and dangit STILL DONT FEEL GOOD.
I think I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN it was gonna be a rough day when at 4 am I walk into the kitchen and look down and get the heebie jeebies scared out of me when I see this:
OK the ball is NOT THAT intimidating when its in the day light but in a barely lit room at 4 am when they have you on drugs for pain. IT LOOKS LIKE A BIG A$$ FACE EATING SPIDER! SO I almost screamed but didnt, but I did JUMP onto a chair though then realised OK.. maybe, that is just Bellas face eating BALL, and it wont get you too bad Nancy. BUT I swear it moved. THat is when I decided NO...oh Heck no.. maybe it is really a face eating puffer fish but, no, there is no water in here today.. that was last week bella flooded the kitchen.. maybe its lost looking for its home again. AHHH but no, once dayslight hit.. I confirmed the fact that IT was just the Super scary creepy looking face eating ball.
NO I didn't (thank GOD) wake up John to have him come kill it cuz I was scared it wasnt really there and he would say OK yeah its time honey and take me to that special room they are holding for me.
SO anyway... IT has been ONE OF THOSE FLIPPIN DAYS!!!

IT IS FLIPPINNNN HOTTTT here in Hell I mean Mobile ALabama. WE have had stormy weather on and off but we needed the rain. DID YOU KNOW that Mobile Alabama GETS MORE RAIN than ANY OTHER CITY IN THE UNITED STATES???? I didn't know that but I BELIEVE IT. THey said that on the news last night and I kicked JOhn said NUGH UGHHH! CUZ I seriously thought that it was seattle Washington. I have a friend there that every time I talk to her ITS raining. That has to be depressing. I enjoy the rain here actually. REMINDS me of my first summer job in High School. I was a life guard at this little community pool. We had sooo much fun there. A few cute boys hung out but mostly people from out of town. It was a place people would bring their RV's and come camp. I made some wonderful friends there. ANd when it rained we all went inside to the game rooom and played video games and shot pool. I remember HOW HOT it would get and some days we would pray it would rain so we could go inside.
Of course back then I could be in the sun and sport a tan. I had the body to wear the swim suit too. ahhhh BACK IN THE DAY...

OH CRAPP its fathers day

Fathers day had always been sad for me. A day I stayed under the covers and pretended didn't exist. I was so sad cuz my daddy had been taken from me the way he had. But now, Im still sad and always will be sad about that. But He would tell me to get on over it I have a husband and a beautiful little girl. THat LOVES her daddy to pieces and TO not spoil HIS day that he EARNED because he is now a daddy. SO trying to keep that in mind today. I still had a splitting headache but TRIED and did finally bounce over it. Bella was sooo happy it was FADDERS DAY and gave her dad some COLLOSSIAL cashews (his favorite) and some whoppers ( his other favorite) we were going to make him a card but she was so busy we never did so we are going to do that tomorrow. WE did make him a carrot cake that he wanted and some rice krispie treats. I had been sick the weeks before and I guess REALITY set in ohhhh THURSDAY that it was FATHERS DAY SUNDAY and I totally freaked. I had not prepared this year. SOO much had been going on and being sick and in bed so long really takes alot out of it. I hate I was not able to go shopping and get hime a really decent gift. BUt we will. I am still working on his book from last year but the photos just arent cuttin it. I have so many projects to catch up on.
I think he is ok with it though he said he was and NOW He can totally rag me out cuz I didnt do anything special this year. I may make him a surprise fathers day of his own one day next week. Maybe when I ever return to myself.. I can get soemthing great for him. OR when my book is published he will REALLY have cause to celebrate. YEAH yall better be nice to me YOU NEVER KNOW if a character in a book may appear in here. bwahahhaahaha in my most evil laugh. I have some pretty funny material so far. But enough comical stuff happens in my life that it really could be a book just write down the facts man.

So ON that note I wanted to close this day by telling my husband HOW MUCH I LOVE HIm and what a WONDERFUL daddy he truly is. Im so grateful to him and that me and Bella both have him.
I also wanna tell my dad somewhere in heaven, Happy fathers day, I miss you today and tomorrow and always.

OPERATION ORGANIZATION

OK we have been TRYINGGGG to organize some so I have been presenting organization questions. SO what about you HOW do you organize your scrappin stuffs?
here is on of my most fav organizing things. My chipboard holders. I am a chipboard HO but you knew that already. I havent met much chipboard I didnt like. and If I couldnt find what I needed I made my own.


My father in law made me these AWESOME stamp shelves that I LOVE LOVE LOVE I store everything from my stamps to my huge paint collection on there also. I also have my tilted glass candy jars with all my buttons seperated by color on there as well as a few other things that i want to keep in my line of sight.
OK so show me some of your favorite organizing tricks. Ill throw your name in the hat for the rak.

Photos, a CHallenge and scrappy stuff HURRRAYYY!

I took some pictures of Bella yesterday that turned out half way ok... not bad for a chick with One eye right now...
THE MAIL MAN IS WORN SLAM OUT.... HE has been to my house totin' boxes almost EVERY DAY THIS WEEK. HE asked me if we were of some religion that celebrated Christmas in June. I told him NAHHHH we are just Baptist... We just order alot of stuff and Im on design teams so we get lots of goodies. He still was like UGHM OK WHATEVER.

SO I got a shipment from TREASURES that has ALL THIS OMG YUMMMY basic grey stuff in it and the cutest around the block inkers and doodlebug sugar cardstocks, and a house YES I SAID A HOUSE hehe just you wait and watch ITS gonna be FAB u LOUS. BElla got her design team stuff and she is sooo happy. She is scrappin up a storm. I got My BLISS BOX whewewww ANDREA ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW THANK YOU! YOU ROCK out loud and ON FIYAAAAHHHHH! LOVE the Jelly beans Bella snatched those up before I could even see them. IM gonna be scrappin some of that tonight. My sweety mother in law sent stuff yesterday BElla got the CUTEST ever outfits and I got a gorgeous outfit and john some pants and some other scrappy happys. THANKS MA! THEN MY MOM came today to visit while my nephew registered for College at USM. SO it was only an hour and a half further so she just came on here for a bit had to get squeezes from Bella. SHE brought more happy stuff. SO IM telling ya. WE are just spoiled as can be right now and I GOT TO GET SCRAPPIN some of this.


IT has been raining on and off here today as well. ONe of those days you just want to sleep. Bella has been in HIGH GEAR. as ussual. She is always creating something. She is sitting in her pile of scrap goods right now deciding what to do first (I will be doing the same soon)

SO my perfect normal day hmmmmmm. let seee.
With the state I am in right now... IT would be one that I had nothing wrong seriously as sad and pathetic as that sounds.. NOTHING hurt, nothing was out of sort in my body of any fashion. No pain anywhere. I could go outside with Bella and take her ANYWHERE we wanted to go that day, the park, the BEACH oh ID LOVE to go to the beach feel the sand between my toes, Lay in the sun oh man I misss that SOOOOO MUCHHHHHHH. We would dig for Shells me John and Bella, like we did that day when we got to go to Orange Beach (but without getting the shingles rofl) we would build sand castles. write our names in the sand and maybe fly Johns kite.
we would get to have a picnic lunch, and Come home maybe crash on the couch and just hang out for a while. I dunno.. this is hard for me cuz I have so many things I WANT and wish so badly I could do with her or do at all that I can't anymore. THings and places I want to go for her to experience that we all take for granted Like .. swimming or just outside in the summer.. that it is hard to think. BUT I know Id love to relive that day at the beach. We had so much fun. I got so sick but it was worth it in the end for the smiles on her face that day. ID give anything to be able to do that one more time at least while she is little.

12 on a Tuesday

HEY guys.. I took yesterday off and didn't do a blog challenge, actually I didn't do alot of anything. sorry about that, but it was kinda a rough day yesterday. Still feel crappy and also yesterday was the funeral for my Aunt. I wasn't able to go due to the shingles and I can't drive yet hubby had a FULL from can to can't day of travel so I couldnt go, and also dont want to give it to anyone. I also really wasnt up to the long ride in wearing clothes that are errrr hard to wear right now rofl. we will just leave it at that. BUt I hate so much I missed it. I LOVE my Aunt Ouida so much and I will remember her smile and her laugh and her being an amazing cook and just one amazing woman forever. I will miss you so much. I do miss her so much.....



Bella had a tough day yesterday as well. She obviously decided it is SOOOOO time for her to be at the beach because she took it upon herself to build a sandcastle......... in the kitchen. when You cant find sand inside the house you settle for the next best thing, which in her case happened to be the spice rack. SO we had a mound of garlic, sugar, salt, flour, oregnao and lawrys seasoning salts up to my ankle. I was on the phone trying to take care of some business and was all in this professional conversation when I realised she was quiet and well YOU ALL know BELLA + Quiet = UGH OH. but, I also started smellin this peculiar smell I couldnt figure out what it was. At first I thought it smelled like we had a gas leak somewhere but then remembered Oh yeah we are all Electric..I checked the back door to make sure she hadn't gotten out by the gas grill nd turned a knob or anything, then kept walking around and it was smelling stronger and stronger. Then walked into the breakfast area and my feet felt grit. I was thinking Man I need to sweep and mop then LOOKED UP. O M GOSH. (She hasnt figured out yet to get RID OF THE EVIDENCE.. she makes the mess then leaves it.)

OMGOSH I had to count to like 2 THOUSAND to not damage the child. PLUS I was on the phone and still trying to keep my composure so they didnt think I was killing her or anything but giving her my best whisper " OMGOSH I KNOW YOU DIDNT, YOU better Oh girl I tell you I could just OHHHHHH Im gonna get you child you just wait... omgosh you better clean this up Icannot believe UGHHH! You should be so ashamed of yourself I CANNOT BELIEVE you omgosh LOOOK what you did" Speech trying to keep my composure. HER all the while TAUNTNG ME with "BUT MOMMY I JUST was playing" grrrrrrrr. so anyway. On top of still not feeling well the whole eye thing and all the other crapp.. had to clean. IT got even BETTER when John got home I think they had "schoolin" a few times. My head was about to split so I left them to it.
SO that was where I was yesterday and last evening haha

SPeaking of Treasures to scrap. WE had OUR BUSIEST DAY EVER yesterday. WE had more people logging on and posting and visiting the site THAN EVER IN THE HISTORY OF THE SITE! WHHHHEEWWWHEWWWWWWWWW! we have an AWESOME contest going on looking for Guest design team members. WE also have SOME FUN CHALLENGES and CONTESTS going on SO be sure and check it out.

SO Here are my 12 things I have to be happy about today.

1. I feel a little better well alot better than this time last week, but a little better than I have felt in the last 2 weeks.
2. ITs not MONDAY.
3. That I can scrapbook if for no other reason but to show my daughter and family how much I love them (and show her proof she had a happy childhood when she is 25 and in therapy trying to say her childhood sucked)and for the internet to share it all with my family and my friends!
4. I am caught up in the gallery at tts well I was till now probably haha
5. I have a beautiful family that is healthy and happy
6. That I have the freedoms in this country that we all take so lightly and so much for granted.
7. I live where we dont have to worry about where our food is coming from or if our water is safe to drink (i watch way too much late night tv)
8 I have a very supportive amazing husband that loves me and I him.
9. That thank you God it is never as bad as it really seems at the time well most of the time..(see above paragraph .. sandcastle.. kitchen... nuff said!)
10 I HAVE AMAZING friends that are total rockstars and support and help me through the yuck times and celebrate the wheheeww times, that cheer me up when I feel so horribly bad I wanna just crawl in bed and die, but instead make me smile and laugh and forget the yucky stuff (shingles) if not but for a couple hours (I JUST LOVE YOU GUYS!!!)
11. That I am saved today and every day when I wake up and when I go to bed Im still saved. Even though Im human and foolish I am still saved.
12. THAT I am here another day to play on this earth and see and smell touch all of the wonderful things that have been given to me. FOR which I AM SO VERY GRATEFUL and FOR ALL OF YOU that are reading this RIGHT NOW SMOOOCHES!

I had a good time tonight Playing with this Kelli Crowe kit from sis tv. I had so much fun coloring in the papers and doodling with it. I need to rephotograph the page so you can see it its hard to see in the photo I have so I will get that up later today. IN my previous post is one of the ones I did.

I also will have Bella draw the name for the blog rak today also.

I would like to thank everyone for praying for our family this week and over the last several days.
Your kindness thoughts and prayers are so much appreciated. Id like to ask you to continue to pray for my uncle, he also has shingles and is suffering greatly with them. Aunt Ouida is his sister and was the last living sibling he had. He I know wants to attend the funeral but is just not physically up to it yet. IM praying he may be able to by Monday but if he is anything like what I have been going through... He won't be able to. As morbid and strange as it may sound... my cousin and I talked about maybe if they could video it so he could kinda feel like he was there.. I dunno. ANYWAY.. keep him in mind as well.

I hope to get to do some more scrapping today. I have alot of projects to catch up on. It is also very good to keep my mind and hands busy when so much is going through my mind and my heart right now. We will all miss her very much. I will be back later with the photos and with the winner of THis weeks RAK.
